RETURN OF BORROWINGS. Sir J. G. Ward wante a return showing the amount of money borrowed, in London dating the last financial year other than by- public flotation, giving the dates of same and the chafes incurred under each heading, and for what purpose the money we* borrowed; also, a return showing the increased amount of income tax paid, by publio or private companies since the aleration of, the rate was made by present Government. PLUNKET SOCIETY SUBSIDIES. JMr Reed would like to alter the system of payment of siAsidies to branches of the Plunket Society, and mado the payinenie in futuro direct to the branches of the society instead of paying through the local hospital and charitable aid, boards , .
