VICTORY OVER CHATSWOOD. Prtai Aaaociation—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 7. (Received July 7, at 8.50 p.m.) The New Zealand bowlers beat the jChatswood Club by 17 points to-day. At the beginning of the match the green was in excellent condition, but a shower during the afternoon damaged it and hindered *play. The New Zealanders throughout played an excellent game, and their play has much improved since the first match. The New Zealanders played their best game since their arrival, showing more combination. There was no doubt at any stage of the game as to who would be finally victorious, though Chatswood played a fine game.
