(Received July 7, at 10.40 p.m.) A committee has been established to enlist volunteers among foreigners residing in Germany to aid the Prince of Wied. The Tageblatt's correspondent states that military circles at Durazzo consider that the Prince of Wied is beyond all help, as 4000 troops are required for a successful attack, and the Albanian Government ia unable to support them owing to the high cost of living and the lack of accommodation.
