ANARCHISTS WITH BOMBS
ARRESTED IN FRANCE.
BOMBS MEANT FOR THE CZAR.

PARIS, July 6. (Received July 7, at 10.40 p.m.)
Kirichek, a Russian Anarchist, and TrojanoviSy, a Pole, who were carrying ■poweriul bombs, were .arrested at Bea'u-mont-sur-Oise, near l'ontoise, and are believed to be involved in a plot against M. Poincare, the President, to prevent his visit to the Cz<ir. Kirichek states that the Bombs were intended for the Czar.
