ORDER OF COURT OF APPEAL. AGAINST THE HINDUS. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyrighl VANCOUVER, July 6. The Court of Appeal of British Columbia decided unanimously against the Hindus aboard'the Komogata iiufu being allowed to land. The court held that the Order-in-Council prohibiting the admission of Asiatics was good, and had full effect. The Hindus did not possess the necessary amount of money to permit them to land in Canada. They hot made a direct journey to this coui..-.. The majority of them were also unskilled labourers, and therefore temporarily barred under any circumstances.
