(Received May 10, at 5.5 p.m.) The International Women's Congress unanimously re-elected Lady Aberdeen president for the ensuing five years, and Mrs Henry Dobson (of Tasmania) was elected vice-president. The American Government was invited to initiate an international conference for the protection of emigrants.
