The American press declares that President Huerta is receiving arms from Japan, and that the Japanese Government is responsible for the traffic. The jingoes and alarmists of the Yellow Press aro making capital out of the cordial reception that the Mexicans are extending to the Japanese warships. AMERICA'S BIG TASK. ASSISTANCE BY OTHER POWERS.
