ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER
CHARGE DISMISSED. (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 30. After hearing the medical evidence, Mr Frazer, S.M., dismissed thecharge of manslaughter against Robert Mitchell,'exlicensee of the Shamrock Hotel, arising out of the death of a boarder named Thompson, who, it was alleged, had no't received' proper attention . after falling down the stairs in the hotel and sustaining injuries' N which caused his .death. The evidence showed that the injuries were such that death was inevitable.
