ANOTHER STEAMER ON FIRE.

OIL FUEL BURNING. DANGER OF EXPLOSION. NEW YORK, August 29. . The steamer Burgermeister Hachman is in flames in the channel. She has on board '3000 tons of crude oil, which is burning.
