DEMONSTRATION PROHIBITED.
CHARGE OF SEDITION. LONDON, August 30. (Received Aug. 31, at 5.5 p.m.) The Chief Divisional • Magistrate Jn Dublin has issued a proclamation prohibiting a demonstration by the transport workers in O'Comell street to-morrow on the ground of the seditious action of Mr Parian, the leader of the Transport Union, who has been remanded on bail with three others. Mr Parkin declares that he will go to the demonstration, dead or alive.
The London Trades Council has telegraphed to Mr Birrell strongly condemning the persecution of the Irish Labour leaders.
