There is little movement to record in prices quoted on 'Change on Saturday morning, most lines being in demand and for sale at the prices ruling on the previous day, Electrics had sellers at 6s, and Island Blocks at 3s f'd without buyers. Manuherikias wero in demand at 2s,' : but there was no seller below ss. New Svlvias showed no variation at Is Id (buyer) and Is 5d (seller). A parcel of Waihis was sold at £2 7s 3d, and a sale was reported at £2 6s 9d, the market closing with sellers at £2 7s 9d without buyers. Waihi Grand Junctions wero a shade firmer at £1 2s (buyer) and £1 2e 6d (seller). The demand for insurance lines continued strong, National Insurances being wanted at £2 5s 9d, New Zealand Insurances at £5 7s, and Standard Insurances at £1 lie,'but no sellers of these.lines were induced to come forward. Union Steams showed no alteration, with buyers at £2 3s and sellers at £2 3s 6d. Westport Coals were inquired for at £1 .fs 3d, without sellers. Sale.—Waihi, £2 7s 3d. Sale Reported.-Waihi, £2 6s 9d.
