OTAGO BOYS' HIGH SCHOOL.

JUBILEE CELEBRATION'S.

On Sunday, August 3, the Otago Boys High School will attain its jubilee, and the occasion is to bo celebrated on that day by a procession of old and present boys, wlio will assemble at the site of the old school, the present Girls High School, in Howling street, at 2 o'clock, and march to the present Bora' High School, on the Town Belt. The route chosen is down Uowlmg street to Princes street at the cutting, along Princes street to the Octagon; tben up Stuart street to the school, by tho Arthur street gate. The prooossion will bo headed by tho 4th Regimental Band, followed by the present boys in uniform with colours Hying, and old boys in their respective decades, with suitable banners. The spectacle will be quite unique in the history of Dunedin, if not of the dominion, and will serve to convey to beholders tho powerful influence the school has exercised, and still continues'to wield, on tho social and business life of the community.

It is hoped that every old boy in Dunedin on the day will show his esprit-de-corps by talcing part in the procession and helping to mako the day a memorable one. Further interest will" be added- to tho occasion by tho talcing of a kinematograph film of the procession during its progress. H. Statha.m and Lieutenant C. G. White, marshals Old Boys 1893-1902; Lieutenant-Colonel Strong, Lieutenant A. V. Spcddmg, Lieutenant J. S. Reid, and Lieutenant C. S. Hieks, marshals Old Boys 1903-1913.
