After a night of almost unceasing ram the sky cleared at daylight yesterday morning. throughout the forenoon and up till 3 o'clock in the afternoon there was a clear sky with warm sunshine. At half-past 4 the ram again started, and. continued until \reil on in the evening. At an early hour this morning, however, the sky was perfectly clear, and there appeared a possibility of a temporary break at least in the prevailing wintry weather. (From Odr Own Correspondents.)
