WELLINGTON, July 22. There was again an echo ol the Waihi strike in ttie House tn:s evening during tue debate on the Police Offences Amenument Bi.l.

When the party now in power went out of office the workera of tho dominion would say: "Nero, my god, to thee this is due."—(Loud laughter.)
