BUDA PESTIT, September 5. (Received Sept. 5, at 11.15 p.m.) During artillery manoeuvres a sudden gust, tore away an airship which was in tho grasp of 100 gunners. _ ' 'l'hreo of them were carried 400 ft into the air. They liclil on till exhausted, and then fell and were killed.
