Leo (a jockey) was represented by counsel. Ho pleaded that parades interfered with hit* profession. Goorgo 1 light claimed that ho had a weak back. Fred. Noble and Ceo. Oliver Goldsmith pleaded guilty. All these defendants wore fined 80s {with 76 costs) each. Fred. Hewitt, who had mado a- start at drill, was fined 10a and 7s costs.
