Louisa Ann Forrester (Mr A. S. Adams) v. William Fitzpatrick (Mr 11. D. Bedford), claim for £2 ss. 45 weeks' rent of a paddock at Is per week. Notice of giving up possession was relied on, but it was contended that it had not been given to tho plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for £2 ss, and costs (£1 12s).
