THEOITY. . . Cr Cole addressed an enthusiasts meet ing m the Walker Street Hall Inst overling. Mr J Loudon introduced tha candidate, and refer-ed to his vahiblc services rendered to the city in the past. The candidate was well received,, and ait the conclusion of his addrew was asked by Mr Sibbald. of the Swimming Club, to express his opinion on tiw question of publio swimming baths. The request being complied with, Mr Sibbald acknowledged his approval of the answor given.
