CHRISTCHURCH, April 25. A deputation waited on the Hon. D. Buddo this afternoon regarding tho locker system at the working men's clubs. The deputation .was the result of tho recent charges made by Mr Avery, an ex-mem-ber of. tho Sydenham Club regarding the conduct ol that club, and they urged the Minister to have an inquiry held by a stipendiary magistrate.
