LIMITATION OF ARMAMENTS
DISCUSSED IN REICHSTAG. Prrtu Asaociation-By Telegraph-Copyright BERLIN, March 8. (Received March 8, at 10.45 p.m.) In the course of the navy debate in tho Reichstag Herr Ledebour, a Socialist, charged l'rmce von Bulow and Admiral yon Tirpitz with quibbling in regard to attempts to promote the limitation of armaments, and, declared that England had made frequent, if informal, suggestions.
Admiral von Tirpitz, in reply, read the statement of Herr von Schoen (Minister of Foreign Affairs) "which appeared in The Times of 24th March 1909 to the effect that the English Government had avoided a formal proposal.
