(Received Marcli 8, at 9.20 p.m.) Prior to the Newcastle Wages Board resuming, Judgo Scholes announced that owing to complications whic'- had arisen, and over which none of those present had control, he had been unable to carry negotiations for a settlement any further since the board last met. He added: " I say that as regards the present."
