SU PER ANNU ATIOIV SCHEME ARRANGED. (Per Osited Press Association.) WELLINGTON, December 7. A superannuation 6cheme has been arranged for masters, officers, and engineers in the employ of the Union Steam Ship Company. Tho directors have decided to subsidise the scheme to the extent of £20.0C0-nainclv, £10,000 cash and £1001) annually for 10 years. Trustees have been appointed as follows:—Captains D. J. Watson' and A. Wallis, representing the deck officers; A. R. Tlislop and H. S. Baldwin, representing the engineers; and C. Holdsworth and T. W. Whitson, representing thp Union Company. The age of retirement for men who have been 10 years or move in the company's eervico is to be 63 years.
