COUSIN CHARGED WITH THE CRIM7S. Pkbs Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, November 18. Mr Slorrs's cousin, Cornelius Howard lias been charged with murder. He was identified as (lie assailant by Mrs Storrs and three servants. A cablegram from London on November 2 slated that a burglar, while making his escape, fatally stabbed Mr Georgo Storra, ono of the largest building contractors in England, at his residence, Gorsc Hall Stalbridge. '
