Lord Loreburn delivered the Lords' judgment in the British Ore Concentrating Company v. the Mineral Separation Company in favoiu of the latter, with all costs. Lords Hakbury, Ashbourne, Atkinson, and Shaw concurred.,
SYDNEY, November 19.
The appeal of'the Mineral Separation Company, mentioned above, refers :to ' what is known as the Elmore patents ease-. The judgment reverses the finding of the Lower Appeal Court, but restores ■ the judgment of Mr Justice Neville.
It has also been announced that the patents of the Mineral Separation Company are no infringements of the Elmore patents, .
