NEW YORK, November 17. (Received Nov. 17, at 10.5 p.m.) President Taft's Administration is determined to sift the Sugar Trust scandals and to purify the Customs, It is reported that the Government has been defrauded of duties amounting to £6,000,000 on cargoes of imported "raw sugar.
