(Received Feb. 12, at 11.10 p.m.) The Daily Mail reports that the Admiralty's programme for five improved Dreadnoughts, or a sixth according tc the progress of German construction, has been accepted. It involves an increase of between £5..C00,000 and £4.000,000. The Daily Mail also states' that there will be no naval loan.
