Mr Clement Edwards (Liberal M.P. for Denbigh), considering tho hill a reactionary measure, has intimated tjiat he will move its rejection. A powerful non-political committee of the moderates among leading Churchmen, Nonconformists, . and cd ucation authorities is supporting the proposed education compromise.
