(Received Nov. 25,- at 11 p.m.) Two hundred' and fifty peers met at Lord Limsdowne's house, and by an overwhelming majority resolved to reject the Liecensing Bill to-day, because it would not materially advance tho cause of temperance and because it violated' every principle of equity in its' dealing with the numerous classes whose interesik it affected.
