Tlio first wool sale will be held to-mor-row, when a total of 3752 bales will be offered, compared with 2155 for the. corresponding sale' last year, the bulk of the catalogue comprising farmers' clips off dry sheep., The season has ken a favourable one on the plains for growing wool, and the clips'.will, lje of a (much better class than that offered last year. The sale is expected to be a satisfactory one, with prices in advance of those ruling at the close of last season, and par to halfpenny higher than the London September-Octo-ber sales, ,;'/..
