The Finance, General, and Reserves Committed recommended that accounts bo passed for payment as under:—District fund account, amounting to £77 1E« lCd; special loan account, amounting to £95 7s 2d. The tins-nce report as to state ot accounts showed:--District, fund account (debit). £1650 12s 4d,; special Icaai account (credit), £2845 16s lid; drainage and sewerage ■ account (credit), £126 15s 7d. The committee reported that permission to connect with the Anderson's Day water main bad boon, granted lo E. B. Hayward. The committee had instructed the inspector to act in tho matter of drain at 49 Young street, not at, present trapped.
