VENEZUELAN TYRANNY

The -schooner Lady Kensington, bound for Trinidad, was seized by the Venezuelan officials while .lying becalmed off the Venezuelan coast. The .passengers and crew have been imprisoned. Iho seizure was apparently made in pursuance of a decree of President- Castro practically prohibiting trade 'between Venezuela and l Trinidad. -The British Minister at Caracas is investigating the incident.
