FATALITIES.
(Per United Press Associatiok.) AUCKLAND, April 9. James Kelly, contractor, was accidentally drowned at Wlmkatanc.
James Burnett, a widower, 75 years of ago, was found dead in bed at, his residence, -Mechanic street, North-Wast Valley, at 9.30 on Wednesday night. Deceased, who was a labourer by occupation, ha.s been in failing health for some time past, and had ten confined lo his bed for the previous clay or so. During Wednesday evening ho was seen oy hiu daughter, and lie was 'then very weak. Death is supposed to be duo 1o general weakness and old age. An inquwt will ho held at the residence at 10 o clock this morning.
