CONSCRIPTION CONDEMNED, • LONDON," September 6, (Received • Sept. 6; at' 9.55 p.m. Other resolutions adopted by the Bath Congress demanded an inquiry into aJleged Salvation Army sweating, condemned conscription or compulsory military training, instructed tho Parliamentaiy Committee to secure better wages in the Government dockyards, and reaffirmed the congress's previous decision in'favour of a minimum vwage of 3Cs per week.
