MOUTH ISLAND BAND CONTEST.

NEW PLYMOUTH, September 5. Tho executive of the 1903 band contest has resolved on February 24- to 28 inclusive as tho dates for tho contests arid test selections, to bo played indoors. Tho draft programme shows over £300 in prize money, all of which and tlio expenses have already boon guaranteed locally.
