THE BATH CONFERENCE.

At the Trades Union Congress at Bath it was unanimously resolved to ask the Government to searchmgly inquire into tho shooting of strikers at Belfast. Some of the speakers strongly blamed Mr Birrell.
Resolutions were passed in favour of giving postal servants full civil rights and of abolishing overtime in all trades.
