(Prb United Press Association.) INYERCARGnivSeptember 3. In reply to the protest of the local Wednesday Half-holiday Association, the Hon. .T. A. Millar wires that he hae no intention of taking away -the Saturday half-holiday from thosa who have enjoyed it for -years. The bill was framed to meet tho case of country towns dependent almost entirely on the track of people from a distance, whereas towns like Invercarjrill have a-trade, within themselves irrespective of country trade.
