(Received Sept-. 2, at 9.24 p.m.) Amin Es Sultaneli, who -\vas "recently, appointed - Premier of Persia under, the new Constitution, was assassinated at Telierau when leaving the National Council, where he wi.c unpopular owing to liis tendencies not hcinj; regarded as sufficiently advanced.
His treatment ol the Turco-Pereian incident was not, considered sufficiently energetic.
