Mr Redmond, speaking at Ballybeery, declared that the only chance of inducing the House of Lords to pass a comprehensive Land Bill would be by Ireland inaugurating a strong and menacing movement, during the winter, showing that they refused to be trifled with. The country must cease fault-finding and proceed to business.
