LONDON, August 60. _ The Indians in the /Transvaal have petitioned King Edward to disallow the Indian Emigration Bill, which permits the deportation 0f passive resist ere, and to ask the Imperial Exchequer to compensate those deported, if a > disallowance of tho bill is not possible.
