VENEZUELA DEBTS
PAYMENT TO BELGIAN CREDITORS.

BRUSSELS,,August 28. Venezuela has agreed, to accept The Hague Tribunal's award condemning her to pay £400,000 to her Belgian creditors.
About tho middle of Inst month it was announced that Venezuela .had intimated nor intention not to submit to tho award of.Tho Hague Court, condemning her to pay 10,000,000f to her Belgian creditors. In connection, with this mutter, the Belgian Minister oi foreign Allaire stated that if payment wero actually refused the Government would consider what stope it should take, for there was no appeal against the award, and the cause of arbitration would seriously suffer by its non-execution. Tho liovernmcnt would spare no effort to secure tho triumph of Belgian interests.
