Five competitors tied, but three tie shots eliminated three of them. Culler, and Sergeant Curtain, of tho Marines, fired four more shots, Cutler winning by one point. Sluuv (Queensland) won the All-comers' ■Abrogate.

Eleven Australians have qualified for the second stage of the King's Prize.
