AUCKLAND, Juno 10. The Nautical Court's decision in regard to tho collision between the Rotomahana ami (ho Kestrel absolved tho Kmljol from blame, and ordered tho Rotomahana to pav costs.
In respect to the collision between tlio stoamer Kaninri snd tlio ketch Dawn, tlio court apportioned costs—t.|iroe-(|iiarlers to bo paid by the Dawn and oncfourih by the Kanicri. Tho court did not deal 'wit* the certificates, ,t.hcso being the first cases in which tho harbour regulations have been in question. Tho court expressed tho opinion that article 25 of the collision regulations, relating to narrow channels, applied to tho Auckland harbour entrance
