NAPIER, June 10. A fatal trap accident occurred at Pelaiio this evening. A trap containing two married Indies named Marshall., and the infant son of one of them, was proceeding through a mitring near Waireaiti, a. abort distance from l'etanc, when the horse attached to the trap commenced kicking, with tho reuiilt that the vehicle was capsized and tho occupants thrown out. The baby was killed instantaneously, his skull wins fractured. The child was 10 months' old.
