Sir H. Campuell-Banneniian, speaking at. Exeter Railway Station in reply to a Liberal address, eukl they should go straight forward regardless of abuse. There was no reason why they should be hustled or bustled into a general election. It would be the worst thing possible to allow the House of Lords to didate to them in that respect,
