CTIRISTCHURCH, April 11. _ At a valedictory dinner given to Sir John Hull (Mayor of Christchurcb) to-nieht by tlie City Council, the Deputy-mayor (Mr George Payling) suggested that, tlic citizens should, in commemoration of Sir John Hall's tenure ol tlio office during Exhibition year, place a bust of him in the City Council Chamber.
