BLYTHE v. STARR-BOWKETT SOCIETY.

(Pee Uxiteb Press Association.) NAPIER, March 24. At the Supremo Court on Saturday the civil action Blytlio v. tho Starr-Bowkctt Building Society was concluded. The caso for tho defence was that the shares of tho plaintiff had been sold by the late secretary of tho society (Mr G. White) in his capacity as eharebroker and not by him as aoting for t'ho society, the arrangement with him being that all such sales should bo treated that way, and no commission on sales had over been received" by tho society. The plaintiff also had advanced no proof that the transaction had been with tho society. Judgment was reserved.
