At n sitting ot the Arbitration Court to-day awards were inado in accordance with agreement.* arrived at by conferences between the Ucnniston Minors' and the Donuiston Engine-drivers' Unions and the Westpovt Coal Company. Tho Arbitration Court has been with us for three weeks. The representatives of ilie Wcrtport Coal Company anil the Miners' Unions were engaged for .six hours in discussing one. clause in tho industrial agreement. The conferences altogether were protracted. Tho "bank to bank" mailer in tho colliery industrial agreements has been settled bv tho "Wcstport Coal Company agreeing to pay nominal overtime up to Id per man per day for time Occupied in travelling to anil from work in the mines.
