Edward _ Roberts, writing in respect to tlio Duncdin and Knikorai lra.tn\vay meeting, says:—"Bo the statement in vour paragraph attributed to.the chairman'that I had been presnnt at all meetings and that my voice had not. been raised in protest to liio methods of management. I think this remark was made by another director, mul not the chairman. I can say to this that. I have continually- protasted, but tho voice was unheeded; henco jny reason for placing tho detailed position before the meeting."
