WANGANUI CIVIL ACTION.
(Per United Press Association.) WAXGANUT, March 22. The adjourned sittings of the Supreme Court were held this morning before .Judge Hutton, when the civil case Richard Baddeley v. .T. Ji. Nixon, two of the principals in ieruliue flrpw of local auctioneers, was board. Tho claim was for £1835 in coniicction willi a deed of partnership, interest of same, and £100 damages. The case is proceeding.
