Donald M'Donald, with several aliases, wanted hv the Invercargill police since 1905 on a charge of forgery and uttering at the Xighteaps. was arrested bnre. to-day. M'Donald, lias been masquerading as a sheep buyer at Palnierston, Wainiate, i'imaru, and Temnka. lie had recently purchased a merry-go-round for £600, and was negotiating a farm at 'Waimato at a cost of £13,000.
